Functional Training is a training methodology that improves the quality of daily life in the normal population and the athletic performance of athletes. To achieve these goals trainings such as kettlebell, rope, medicine ball, jump box etc. are developed to improve body function and fitness level.
Fitkon Academy Functional Training Specialist Program is designed to create effective exercises by understanding the human body and movement system. This course includes movement screening and training methods that will take Pilates, fitness, and strength and conditioning coaches to the next level.
Phase 1
Duration: 2 Days (12 hours)
In this course, the principles of body movements and the training parameters such as power, strength, flexibility are shown. This course also includes beginner level rope, kettlebell, jump box, medicine ball, body weight and core exercises.

This course includes the basic duties of the joints, mobility and stability exercise applications. intermediate level functional training exercises, private and group class programming are also shown.

Speed, quickness and strength exercises are shown with sportive fitness methods. In addition, this course provides advanced functional training programming skills.
