Reformer Level 1
Beginner
Duration: 3 Days (18 hours)
It is a course where beginner level Pilates reformer exercises are taught. The structure, safe usage and all functions of the reformer equipment are demonstrated in this course. At the end of the course, the participants gain the ability to give private and group classes and will able to design a program for different body types.
Prerequisites: Although it is not mandatory, before Level 1 Functional Anatomy and Training Science & Principles courses are strongly recommended. These courses can also be taken online.

Reformer Level 2
Intermediate
Duration: 2 days (14 hours)
In this course, participants learn advanced Pilates exercises. Instructors will learn how to design exercises for advanced clients and athletes. Fitkon Pilates advanced reformer course also includes high intensity power workouts and advanced training methods for group classes.
Prerequisites: Reformer Level 1 Although not required, the Functional Anatomy and Training Knowledge & Principles courses are recommended. These courses can also be taken online.

- Posture analysis and exercise development

- Verbal and visual cueing techniques

Advanced Reformer
Advanced
Duration: 2 days (14 hours)
In this course, participants learn advanced Pilates exercises. Instructors will learn how to design exercises for advanced clients and athletes. Fitkon Pilates advanced reformer course also includes high intensity power workouts and advanced training methods for group classes.
Prerequisites: Reformer Level 1 & Reformer Level 2

Certification
At the end of each level course, participants will have Certificate of Completion credited by American Council on Exercise (ACE). To have a Certificate of Reformer Pilates Instructor, it is necessary to take a written and practical exam and be successful.
Before taking the Reformer Certification Exam you will need to complete:
- Reformer Level 1, Reformer Level 2 Courses
- Functional Anatomy and Training Science & Principles courses (These courses can also be taken online)
- 20 hours of observation, 40 hours of physical practice, 35 hours of teaching
