In this course, you will see beginner level Trapeze and Reformer Tower exercises, the role and how to use Cadillac equipment in Pilates. After completing this course, Pilates professionals gain the ability to program Cadillac exercises for post-rehab, older people and beginner level clients.
Prerequisites: Reformer or Matwork Level 1.
- Usage and biomechanics of Cadillac exercises
- Beginner level Cadillac exercises
- Reformer tower exercises
- Exercise variations for different body postures and abilities
- Security and equipment installation
- Use of Roll-Down Bar, Push-Thru Bar, Trapeze, leg and arm springs

Cadillac Level 2
Intermediate
Duration: 2 Days (12 hours)
This course includes intermediate Cadillac and Reformer Tower exercises. With Push-Thru Bar, Trapeze and Roll-down bar exercises, you will be able to improve your clients’ strength, endurance and other fitness parameters.
Prerequisites: Cadillac Level 1.

Advanced
Duration 1 Day (7 hours)
In this course, you will learn advanced Cadillac exercises for your advanced clients, athletes and dancers. Instructors will be able to improve their clients’ athletic abilities and learn sports specific exercises on Cadillac equipment.
Prerequisites: Cadillac Level 1 & 2 courses.

Before taking the Cadillac Certificate Exam you will need to complete:
- Cadillac Level 1, Cadillac Level 2 Courses
- Functional Anatomy and Training Science & Principles courses (These courses can also be taken online)
