Is being fit to be 90-60-90 or to have a muscular appearance as it is thought?

The answer is a resounding ‘NO’! These are just the visible side of being fit. Being fit is explained as follows;

Survival of the fittest – The fittest survive. Darwin’s Theory

Ability of people to perform physical activity possessed or achieved (USDHH)

The state of being physically healthy and strong

Now let’s ask ourselves

Do you have a disability related to inactivity?

When you travel, can you walk without getting tired and go to the works of art, parks and restaurants you want to see with pleasure?

Can you carry your bag comfortably while shopping?

I hope your answer is yes. If not, you cannot be said to be fit even if you look good.

So what will exercising and being fit add to my life?

Hormones!

One of the most important factors that make us feel good is the hormones we secrete. Hormones such as serotonin, endorphins, depomins affect our abilities such as attention, memory, good sleep and learning, as well as making us feel happy.

Good news! When you exercise, the secretion of these hormones increasesJ.

Socialize!

Participating in a running competition, attending a group class in the fitness room, playing basketball with friends, etc. activities increase our opportunities to socialize. Socializing not only makes you feel good, it also increases productivity at work. If you are an employer, I suggest you review the research below.

It has been stated that employees who have the opportunity to exercise increase their job satisfaction and decrease their turnover (Proper et al., 2003).

And of course there is the physical-health dimension of exercising. Exercising reduces the risk of diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart attack and obesity.

Conclusion

Oh brother, my body is fine, don’t say I don’t need to exercise! Exercising gives health far beyond looking good, it adds ‘PLEASURE’ to life.
