Hormones such as serotonin, endorphins, depomins affect our abilities such as attention, memory, good sleep and learning, as well as making us feel happy.<\/span><\/p><p>Good news! When you exercise, the secretion of these hormones increasesJ.<\/p><h3>Socialize!<\/h3><p>Participating in a running competition, attending a group class in the fitness room, playing basketball with friends, etc. activities increase our opportunities to socialize. Socializing not only makes you feel good, it also increases productivity at work. If you are an employer, I suggest you review the research below.<\/p><p>It has been stated that employees who have the opportunity to exercise increase their job satisfaction and decrease their turnover (Proper et al., 2003).<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var(--the7-base-color); letter-spacing: var(--the7-base-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--the7-base-text-transform);\">And of course there is the physical-health dimension of exercising. Exercising reduces the risk of diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart attack and obesity.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: var(--the7-base-color); letter-spacing: var(--the7-base-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--the7-base-text-transform);\">Conclusion<\/span><\/h3><p>Oh brother, my body is fine, don&#8217;t say I don&#8217;t need to exercise!
